Child's Drawing that I liked

I chose this drawing because the little boy who was drawing it had such an interesting time creating it.  While at work observing my Practicum students performing their laboratories, I watched and admired this child as he drew pictures of his family.  The center's focus for this month is on Families and the children were asked to draw members of their family. This observation took place in a Pre-K classroom.  The child was excited at the beginning about his drawing and then after he kept adding members of his family he stated "I have too many people in my family and they can't all fit on this paper."  The teacher said to him "that's ok, you don't have to add everyone."  Then the child said "now I see why my mom don't want all them people in her house, they are too many people." Children are so funny and observant.
